We are looking for a talented senior entertainment marketing attorney to be our lead counsel supporting our marketing, social and PR initiatives, with particular focus on our original films. Among other things, this person will lead, manage and build a team that reviews and advises on marketing creative, including any IP issues; tracks and reviews a large amount of studio and talent agreements to extract and synthesize applicable information to help guide marketing, social and PR campaigns and initiatives; and negotiates a variety of marketing-related agreements. S/he will be comfortable evaluating risk with imperfect information, have the confidence to make quick decisions and be equally adept in managing as in rolling up his/her sleeves to handle issues and projects him/herself.

REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have approximately 15 years of broad-based entertainment marketing, advertising, and contract drafting and negotiation experience. Expertise in the following areas is required: film content marketing, rights and clearances, talent deals, guilds, credits, music, contests and sweepstakes, and production and agency agreements. Film or television production experience is a plus. Experience at a law firm and in-house at an entertainment company or advertising agency, as well as familiarity with IP and consumer protection issues, is strongly preferred.
