Netflix is building an in-house Creative Studio focused on concepting and producing breakthrough, innovative campaigns for their original titles and brand & editorial teams. From integrated, 360 platform ideas to social content that wins the web, Creative Studio will be setting the standard for creative excellence on brand and title marketing.
We are looking for designers, writers, art directors, creative technologists, filmmakers and editors who are masters of their craft and passionate about shaping the future of entertainment around the world.
WHO YOU ARE
You are a creative director, who can come up with and craft great ideas that support our content and brand. You're a collaborative partner when developing creative platforms that go across TV, OOH, social, publicity and partner marketing. You also have the ability to come up with an out-of-the-box, innovative execution that grabs people's attention and gets them talking.
You turn strategic briefs into fleshed out creative concepts. You are focused on growing our membership base and fueling their fandom, know the right tools to use and experts to loop in, and manage projects through high-quality production.
You come up with campaigns that work around the world. Netflix's content spans the globe and being able to address the unique needs of different regions is an important skill.
You apply technology to amplify the work, whether it's leveraging the latest feature on a social platform or inventing something entirely new. You can lead teams internally and externally to develop prototypes, optimize thru feedback and ultimately bring innovative ideas to market.
You have the ability to explain never-been-done-before ideas to the layperson. You communicate clearly and are comfortable backing your work with data and consumer insights.
You are a player/coach who can direct and inspire teams, but also roll up your sleeves when necessary. You can finesse scripts, craft bold visions for campaigns, solve for difficult technical problems and punch up the occasional social post.
You have an entrepreneurial mindset, unafraid of challenging convention to get to more impactful work and better solutions for our business. You are interested in being part of something new, to help build the department and figure things out as you go. You thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, where decisions are made quickly and changes happen every day.

REQUIREMENTS
Please read the culture deck. It will give you more insight into what we're looking for at Netflix and whether the job might be right for you.
Passion for movies, TV and technology are a must, but we'd also like you to have 10 years of experience on the agency and/or client side. Experience hiring and managing other creatives as a CD-level or above is also a mandatory.
Please be prepared to speak to one example of an innovative idea that you worked on and why you're proud of it.
