Coordinator, Exhibition Technologies - Creative Technology & Infrastructure
Netflix is the leading provider of streaming video, a lot of it original content: features, shorts, series, documentaries, comedy specials and unscripted content. The Creative Technologies team sets technical requirements and best practices, while providing direct support to Netflix Original Productions and staying up-to-date with the most advanced developments in professional and consumer technology, from pre-production to production, all the way through to exhibition, streaming and archiving. The coordinator position will be the central connection point between all Los Angeles Based Studio Groups, (primarily Publicity, Production, and Post Production), and the Exhibition Team of Screening Room Techs, and Projection Engineers. The Coordinator will manage the day-to-day activities of the Screening Rooms, including scheduling Clientele, Operations personnel, and the Digital Screening Assets required for each show.
As part of the Studio Technologies group, you will:
• Coordinate all screenings, meetings, and events in the LA Icon and LA Area Screening Rooms and Screening Lounges.
• Liaise with the Post Production groups, Publicity, and Originals Productions, etc. to coordinate playbacks, presentations, tests, and QC runs.
• Manage screening media assets.
• Schedule projection personnel to ensure proper coverage for all screening needs
• Coordinate and support International remote review playback sessions.
• Interface with Engineering to properly manage scheduled calibrations and maintenance of Screening Rooms and Lounges.
Qualifications:
• 5 years experience in television or feature post production
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Excellent Excel or Google Spreadsheet skills.
• Knowledge of various media types including, DCP, AVID Media Composer, AVID ProTools, Apple ProRes, Quicktime Pro, DPX, EXR, Keynote, Powerpoint.

You have the desire and capacity to learn and understand emerging and advanced technologies.
