The Post Production team seeks a Coordinator to join us in pioneering new and innovative methods of managing digital production assets and delivery.

The Role
The Coordinator, Post Production Delivery & Assets supports Netflix Post Production and other Netflix Studio teams, ensuring the most efficient flow of media assets from our productions into the Studio, the release and distribution of those assets to our downstream teams, and their subsequent final archive for future use.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Organize, schedule, track and minute internal and external meetings for DPAD manager
• Coordinate administrative requirements for the DPAD manager as required
• Liaise with other Studio depts to research, organise and present the various data points related to DPAD and our mission
• Assist in research and creation of presentations for DPAD manager to inform and deliver to dept and wider Studio teams
• Ensure all tracking documents, applications and databases related to digital production assets are accurately maintained and kept up to date
• Liaise with post production teams to assist in scheduling and prioritising delivery of physical production assets to Iron Mountain, maintaining accurate inventory
• Track invoices and create Purchase Orders for third party partners
Experience and Qualifications
• 3 years of experience within a medium to high budget studio, network or high volume production or post production company
• Familiarity of Post Production workflows.
• Familiarity with production and post software such as Shotgun, Pix, as well as newer cloud platforms helpful.
• Knowledge of VFX pipelines and technology helpful.
• Strong organizational and creative problem solving skills with proactive mentality.
• Familiar with the current trends and workflows for both UHD/4K and HDR
• Willingness to continue learning to ensure understanding of current post process
• Working knowledge of Airtable, Keynote, Tableau and Slack helpful
