We are looking for a talented and experienced marketing legal coordinator to help support marketing legal operations, and our marketing and advertising teams for the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Latin America. The successful candidate will join the company's marketing legal team based in Los Angeles, CA. This role provides a unique opportunity to have visibility into all facets of marketing legal operations and many of our regional marketing efforts and international originals.
This role is responsible for uploading and tagging marketing contracts into our contracts database, collecting and synthesizing summaries of marketing rights and restrictions in studio and talent agreements for our international originals, and drafting and negotiating legal documents such as releases, non-disclosure agreements and statements of work. S/he will also assist in evaluating and implementing new technologies that provide the next generation of - contract administration and rights management tools to streamline our practices.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a BA/BS degree and 2-5 years of entertainment marketing (legal), production (legal) or general paralegal experience. A self-starter who finds ways to solve problems will be an ideal candidate for this role. In-house experience in a entertainment/media company is a plus. Must be excited about and thrive in our unique company culture.
