Full Time Job
Netflix's Content Legal team is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant who will provide support to the Labor Relations Team. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a demanding and fast moving position that requires someone who is able to exercise good judgment and significant initiative.
Responsibilities
include but are not limited to:
Supporting multiple executives in LA;
Maintaining high volume, complex calendars for a team of legal professionals, including scheduling of meetings, internally and externally, with multiple parties across multiple time zones;
Managing a heavy volume of communication internally and externally;
Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international)
Assist with contract administration;
Basic IT support and advanced word processing support;
Internal data management - following up on drafts, Docusign for signatories, and updating our proprietary systems; and
Event planning including planning team offsites;
Take notes at weekly Labor meetings as requested
Set-up MCLE credit for team and/or wider trainings
Job Requirements:
BA/BS Degree;
5 years as an administrative assistant, providing support to a team (rather than an individual);
Experience at a media/ entertainment company and or in a legal setting is a plus;
Team-player who operates in a fast paced setting;
Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information;
Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly;
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task; and
Proficiency in Google Suites (Gmail, docs, calendar).
