It's certainly an exciting time to work at Netflix. Our growing global Legal Team is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Content and Copyright Protection team in Hollywood, Los Angeles.
The successful candidate will be an experienced executive assistant, preferably with experience at working with a content company. He or she will be self-motivated, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities. There needs to be a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail at all times.
This is a demanding and fast moving position that requires someone who is able to exercise good judgment and significant initiative. Being able to think ahead is key.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Detailed and extensive schedule management, including maintaining calendars for executives and scheduling meetings, internally and externally
• Coordinate extensive and (often fluid) travel arrangements (domestic and international)
• Administrative duties (i.e. processing travel and expense reports, digital and physical filing, etc.)
• Assist with contract administration
• Basic IT support, ideally with experience of Google Suite
• Managing a heavy volume of communication and administrative paperwork internally and externally
• Project management for the team to make us collectively more efficient and more effective
QUALIFICATIONS:
• BA/BS Degree
• 3 years as an executive assistant in a business and legal affairs setting, preferably in the content industry
• Team-player who operates in a fast paced team-oriented setting
• Ability to be discreet and maintain confidential information
• Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ideally the Google suite of applications (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive etc)
