The Content Strategy & Analysis team develops strategic insights to further the company's global film efforts and is primarily responsible for deal valuation, programming strategy, performance/audience insight, and competitive analysis. Executives and senior management depend heavily on the Content Strategy & Analysis team to accurately forecast the business and lead the strategic analysis that is used to inform important business decisions.
The F&S Assistant's responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, travel plans & expenses, planning every detail of small and large onsites and offsites including contract negotiations with third party vendors, and coordinating with administrative support across their business organization and cross functional stakeholders. A successful candidate is a strong communicator, highly detail-oriented, with the ability to make judgment calls and move quickly. Prior experience as an assistant in a fluid, fast-paced environment is a must. This position will be based in Los Angeles, CA in-office on a hybrid schedule (Tues-Thurs in the office).
Responsibilities
Include:
• Heavy proactive calendar management. Creating/scheduling/maintaining meetings, including booking and confirming large cross-functional meetings across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate travel arrangements as required, both domestically and internationally.
• Managing various internal events, to include all details in planning large offsites, onsites, special events, onboarding, team activities and cross functional events.
• General administrative duties such as processing travel and expense reports and maintaining Google group distribution lists.
• Heavy communication, including managing the complexity of multiple teams across multiple functions.
• Assisting in preparing and maintaining meeting agendas and other materials as needed.
• Collaboration with other assistants across multiple departments.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of working experience as an administrative assistant supporting at Director level or above.
• Previous working experience in finance, and/or entertainment preferred.
• Motivated to develop a career in the administrative/ business support field.
• Flexible and proactive team-player, comfortable operating in a fast paced team-oriented setting.
• Solutions-oriented attitude with calm demeanor and optimistic perspective.
• Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information.
• Understanding of how to proactively prioritize and respond accordingly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask.
• Very detail oriented.
• Proficient in G-Suite.

The overall market range for roles in this area of Netflix is typically $55,000 - $240,000
