You will operate the EVS-XT3 and SONY Xpri NLE editor to produce highlights, features, montages and sound packages for studio support productions including Boston Red Sox and Boston Bruins pre and post game shows, nightly sports news shows, At Home Game productions and other NESN programs.

Motivated: You are a self-starter, creative thinker with the ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize accordingly.
Details & Delivery: You are obsessed with the details. The success of the project depends on your attention to the little things. You keep everyone on schedule and on target, producing excellent work and on time.
Flexible and Adaptable: You are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done! You are always evolving with the ever changing on demand needs of live television.
Solution-Oriented: You are clever, smart and creative in bringing ideas to solve problems.
Operate EVS to produce highlights for Red Sox and Bruins Studio Productions and nightly NESN News programs
You have 3 to 6 years of experience.
You have experience editing video and sound.
Evaluates and selects scenes for dramatic and entertainment qualities and story continuity.
Implements solutions with very good editorial judgment that requires little redirection.
Archive audio and video clips and maintain effective levels of clip storage
Collaborate with Production and Operations team on available materials (Video/Sound)
You are a team player working closely with producers, editors and directors with a can-do attitude and work towards a common goal
Recall video from past events for the creation of future products
Provide support on highlight melt creation and management
Editing or Master Control playback operations experience is required
Prior EVS (or similar replay system) and working knowledge of Xfile or IP Director is a plus
Knowledgeable in sports, especially Red Sox baseball, Bruins hockey, and New England sports in general
Proven ability to work proactively with minimal direction utilizing a producer mindset
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage conflict professionally and effectively
Ability to work nights, weekends and/or holidays as needed
