What you'll do:
· Drive overall operations of Social Marketing, including development and execution of all strategic social marketing plans, including analytics and company direction
· Assess and attend to posting content promptly and strategically according to different social platforms
· Identify, engage with, and catalyze social/cultural zeitgeist opportunities
· Concept + execute social responses (inclusive of relevant creative) to drive timely, real-time reactions and fresh creative
· Identify and share positive comments from high profile celebrities or influencers/fans
· Track social snackables and organic usage from social savvy users (i.e. memes or social trends)
· Promote community development with continued sharing and conversation through our social content
· Work collaboratively with the Marketing team teams to develop original channel-specific content and execute marketing campaigns on our social media channels
· Foster meaningful and consistent conversation on social media through relevant and content which continues to resonate with our highly engaged audience
· Manage the daily, weekly, monthly social conversation calendar integrating all key stakeholders and also being agile to listening to social conversations to drive to action.
· Identify and share key press and media moments articles
· Assist with social coverage of festivals, press days, premieres, Q&As, meet & greets, etc. whether in-person or online.
· Monitor, measure and continually update best practices and analysis of performance through weekly reporting to executives, communicating strategy and progress of key performance indicators
· Serve as primary point of contact for external partners, ensuring alignment on brand objectives
· Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategic priorities maintain brand consistency and meet best-in-class standards
· Responsible for all social media budget planning and tracking
· Work with the paid digital team to identify and leverage any paid media opportunities
· Collaborate with platform partners to stay ahead of platform developments and emerging trends as well as expanding in new platforms
· Create audience sentiment reports for film releases and key content drops
· Create weekly social platform performance reports

· 4+ years experience in a marketing or communications role for a consumer facing brand - Film industry preferred but not required
· Thorough knowledge of the social media marketing industry, strategies and tactics
· Ability to assist in development of strategic social marketing plans
· Strong analytical skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skill
