Marketing Specialist, One Platform Creative Development - Hispanic
Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
NBCUniversal is seeking a One Platform Creative Development Specialist to join the team contributing to the implementation and development of unmatched innovative marketing strategies and solutions for Spanish-Language network Telemundo.
The One Platform Development Specialist will be responsible for working across Telemundo's programming to execute revenue-generating and omnichannel marketing solutions, primarily focused on Telemundo's scripted and reality programming. This highly collaborative and solutions-oriented position will play an active role in the project management of client marketing partnerships partnering with producers, internal parties, and ad agencies to lead day-to-day communications ensuring gold standard executions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Sponsorship Implementation: In partnership with the One Platform Creative team, lead the execution process of sold client campaigns, including but not limited to:
• Understand client marketing programs, supporting program alignment while championing brand vision
• Project manage multiple assignments from outline/concept to design to finished product, including:
• Co-lead the development of project documents including Activation Tracker, campaign measurement requests, program recaps, case studies, and sizzle requests
• Co-lead kick-off calls, weekly status calls and other necessary touch points with agencies, clients, and internal partners (i.e. Sales, Planning, Social team, Research, etc.) throughout campaign flight
• Convey client-specific thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively in visual and written format
• Work with Producers and other internal parties (i.e. Operations, Legal) to ensure accountability, message consistency and that deliverables are met
• Accountable for consistent and timely communication with internal and external parties as related to client campaigns, such as requesting and sharing client assets, communicating changes to deliverables, troubleshooting issues, etc.
• Collect and organize client-related materials: i.e. timelines, calendars, etc.
• Presenting to internal and external partners: Attend and represent the Creative Development team effectively in high-visibility environments with key internal stakeholders as well as external agency/clients to drive excitement and understanding of content and marketing opportunities.
• Proactive Development Support: Contribute to the development of new Sales opportunities: identify new multi-platform experiences opportunities across all platforms with the lenses of NBCU Sales Priorities & One Platform along with the Telemundo Network Priorities. Partner with Director to develop marketing materials to be used by the One Platform Marketing & Sales teams based on past program insights and data.

Qualifications:
• Four year degree (B.A.,B.S.) from an accredited college of university, preferably with a discipline one of the following: Marketing, Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications, Communications, Advertising or equivalent experience
• 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a project management role in professional advertising, agency, or marketing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and experienced in Microsoft Excel with an ability to learn and use various computer software
