Manager, HR Projects and Data Analysis, Operations & Technology
Responsibilities
The Operations & Technology Human Resources team at NBCUniversal is looking for a high-energy, results-driven and detail-oriented Manager, HR Projects and Data Analysis. The role is an opportunity for a data driven Human Resources professional to create a positive impact across a broad and diverse operations and technical population.
In this role, you will lead key HR projects and data analysis initiatives across the Operations & Technology organization in partnership with the HR team. In addition, this individual will work closely with the Senior HR leader to lead and synthesize key processes, projects, and agendas across a global and diverse human resources team. The position comes with the opportunity to work across all lines of business within the Operations & Technology divisions of NBCUniversal as well as with counterparts in corporate Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
• Lead HR Analytics and reporting initiatives for Operations & Technology covering a variety of topics including headcount, pay equity, turnover, performance management, reward programs, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, training and employee surveys
• Provide consolidated global support for all compensation related projects including annual merit, bonus and long-term incentive planning
• Provide HR project management support for reorganizations, change management, corporate initiatives, talent development initiatives, and ad hoc projects
• Establish a robust people metrics reporting and analysis program including monthly headcount reporting in collaboration with Finance
• Support the talent management team and succession planning process by working to evolve outputs into a technology enabled service and facilitate integrating those outputs into other talent-related activities
• Partner with the Talent team to facilitate the annual engagement survey results analysis and reporting process for the division and support HR teams with action planning project management as needed
• Foster data driven decision making and measurement of OD and HR programs and find ways to weave analytics into regular HR operating rhythms
• Establish and launch division wide HR documentation projects where they make sense such as a centralized job description resource

/Requirements
What You Must Have:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Labor Relations or related field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant HR project management experience
