About the Role:
It is an exciting time to join NBCUniversal and we have a unique opportunity for candidates interested in supporting the company’s premier early career rotational development experience. In this Coordinator role supporting the East Coast Page Program, you will contribute to many aspects of the Page Program, from helping Pages start their year off successfully to ensuring they feel supported throughout their experience. In this role you can play a pivotal role in developing the future leaders of NBCU. The ideal candidate must possess strong interpersonal and administrative skills, a high degree of professional maturity, and have a passion for supporting early career talent. Additionally, this individual must be motivated by working in a fast-paced, fun, and collaborative environment while serving as role model and ambassador of the Page Program and NBCUniversal.
Responsibilities:
East Coast Page Program Operations:
- Create and distribute the weekly Page ambassadorship schedule -- assigning all shifts for audience services, the NBC Studio Tour, part-time assignments, special events, and company initiatives
- Manage timely scheduling requests and necessary changes and updates in real time (including being “on call” on weekends, when necessary)
- Manage and maintain the Page Office (office supplies, Facility needs, etc.) and inventory of technology assets, Page uniforms, and Page Program-branded supplies and materials
- Oversee cost allocation for all Page services through STORM and other internal billing
- Manage distribution, organization, and maintenance of Page uniforms & office supplies
- Execute monthly billing report for Page Program assignments, which requires knowledge of Excel functions (e.g. sum formulas, v-lookup functions, etc.)
- Support Page Program team to facilitate various Page Program processes, including creating surveys and managing data
- Other administrative support for Early Careers team
Page Lifecycle & HR Systems Support:
- Support all stages of Page recruitment 3x per year, including reviewing applications, candidate communication, system status updates, and scheduling/facilitating/assessing virtual panel interviews
- Facilitate new hire HR processes -- including completing I-9 verifications and onboarding paperwork
- Execute HR transactions in SAP to support the Page lifecycle, from onboarding through placement or termination:
- Onboard Pages in SAP, assist with direct deposit, and process special payments
- Complete termination transactions in SAP for exiting Pages
- Maintain accurate reports and other employee data
- Serve as expert of and contact for all Page Program policies, including paid time off policy – keep Page handbook accurate and updated
- Serve as primary contact for Pages for TimeKeeper to ensure accurate facilitation of payroll
- Obtain necessary approvals and escalate HR issues and questions to Page Program Team
- Work with Page Program Team and other partners to handle logistics for all Page development experiences, including regularly scheduled labs, onboarding, and other training
- Support Page Program Onboarding including event planning and logistics, daily onboarding run of show, welcome and offer support to new Pages leading up to and throughout the duration of the Onboarding experience
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related field required
- 1 year of demonstrated experience using Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel (including internships)
- Must be willing to work overtime and on weekends as needed
- Previous HR and/or recruiting experience preferred

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
