That's where you come in. As the Talent Branding DEI Partnership Coordinator, you'll be our key point of contact to building and maintaining relationships with our multitude of stakeholders. • You have a knack for curating and nurturing relationships with external partners, especially our community partners within the DEI space such as non-profits, HBCU's, etc.
• You thrive when it comes to creating workflows and streamlining processes. This could be anything from creating meeting cadences with internal teams like Early Careers, from developing email blasts to keep our community partners updated on current openings.

• You are the ultimate connector, and when it comes to company DEI focused events, you'll partner with the TA Team, the Early Careers Team and other internal partners to ensure that logistics are covered and that all necessary stakeholders are looped into our efforts.
