Responsibilities
Role Summary:
The Talent Management Associate will be a part of the Universal Filmed Entertainment's Human Resources team that will focus on executing and delivering on the Talent Management agenda across experiential learning, engagement and diversity initiatives. This position fills a critical portfolio project management and analysis role in the team to ensure our 5,000 person organization has high quality, well designed experiences to grow careers within the broader NBCU umbrella. The Talent Management Associate will work across multiple lines of business within Filmed Entertainment, stretching from Universal Pictures to Fandango to DreamWorks to Consumer Products & Games. These groups drive franchises like Jurassic World, Fast & Furious, Minions, and the DreamWorks portfolio.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with partners in Talent Development, Diversity and Inclusion, and Internal Communications across both Filmed Entertainment and NBCU to produce quality programs and events for Universal Filmed Entertainment employees
• Project manage key lifecycle and programmatic offerings across Learning, Performance, Talent Management, and key company-sponsored events
• Audit and drive data integrity across key Talent Management workstreams, including workforce analytics, employee engagement surveys, and lifecycle Talent Management projects
• Participate in the development and execution of new programs specific to the Film division, and sync those programs with the broader corporate portfolio of offerings
• Analyze the effectiveness of Talent Management's spend on programs, coaching, and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
• Identify gaps in offerings by assessing engagement data to target various populations
• Drive the reach of our offerings by improving the ease of access and operational efficiency in getting opportunities into the hands of Film's global employee base
• Includes finding automation opportunities, and ensuring effective partnership with the HR community across the multiple ways we work
• Conduct needs assessments with Human Resources business partners to evaluate future opportunities to solve business issues
Qualifications
/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree (in a related field preferred)
• At least 3 years work experience in HR

• Project Planning and Project Management experience
• Minimum 2 years' experience with advanced Excel and Powerpoint (project management software a plus)
• Proactive approach to work, and able to balance multiple ongoing and shifting priorities
• Ability to flex from high attention to detail to thinking creatively about experience design
• Clear, concise communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong relationship building skills
• Business acumen strongly preferred, knowledge of the Entertainment and Media industries highly preferred
• Flexible and adaptive to a fast-paced, change-oriented environment
