Responsibilities
OVERVIEW
As the Talent Acquisition Operations Director, you will play an integral role in executing and supporting our recruiting strategy in partnership with our business HR teams, hiring managers and external vendors including our RPO partner. Within the role, you'll oversee the deployment and development of our recruitment function, systems and processes across all of our international territories, working hand in hand with our US teams across TA Ops, EVP and Employer Branding.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
RPO VENDOR MANAGEMENT
• Manage and develop RPO vendor partnership
• Own measurement and reporting of RPO effectiveness against SLAs / KPIs. Drive ongoing development of measurement and reporting to ensure successful delivery of recruitment services across all international territories
• Drive ongoing development and distribution of recruitment reporting in partnership with RPO Vendor and NBCU MI and HR Analyst teams
• Partner with local HR teams to drive continuous improvement, and ensure appropriate communication and training delivered to HR to successfully support RPO
• Provide training to RPO teams when required, including systems updates, process changes and business changes/restructures
• Act as key vendor manager, initial point of escalation and own governance, supporting RPO in the delivery of quarterly, half year and annual business reviews
• Where required, escalate issues and challenges to appropriate level within NBCU governance structure
• Drive continuous improvement and issue resolution in partnership with RPO Global Account Director
RECRUITMENT STRATEGY
• Drive a consistent and exemplary candidate experience, covering the full candidate lifecycle (attraction, recruitment, onboarding) across all NBCUniversal International businesses
• Partner with Early Careers to create a pipeline for entry level staff and contract roles
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to create consistent communication, branding and marketing materials around recruitment opportunities at NBCU International
• Drive global EVP implementation and development across international territories, working with US teams to ensure consistent and high calibre campaigns
• Working with Talent and Corporate Commsteams to deliver compelling social campaigns which reflect our programme recruitment activities as well as our company activities and culture more broadly

INTERNATIONAL TALENT OPERATIONS
• Own key external supplier relationships ensuring compliance across GDPR, contractual requirements, SLAs consistency of service and governance
• Partner with US TA Ops team to drive improvements and developments within BrassringATS and ensure international TA teams and HR are informed of changes and updates. Provide super user admin support to International users
• Partner with International Sourcing team to manage temp agency vendors
• In partnership with HR, educate and support hiring managers, providing advice around effective recruitment processes, onboarding and setting clear goals and objectives for interns etc.
• Work with Data Privacy and Employment Law counsels to ensure compliance across all recruitment activities
• Work with US TA Ops and EVP teams to develop and deploy updates across relevant recruitment systems, including global careers site and digital internal employee platforms
• Own ongoing management and development of employee backchecks with external vendor
Qualifications
/Requirements
ABOUT YOU
• Substantive experience in Talent Operations, preferably within a global and highly matrixed multinational
• Significant experience in working with / managing an RPO vendor across multiple territories
• A background in Talent Acquisition, able to demonstrate successfully developing and improving recruitment services
• Passionate about Recruitment and Talent Management
• Self-motivated, proactive, independent –able to deliver solutions effectively
• Analytical with outstanding attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and ability to effectively prioritise and manage workload
• Flexible/team worker, collaborative in style and values
• Strong communication skills with experience of presenting and influencing at a senior level
• Able to juggle multiple tasks, set own deadlines and deliver against them, including managing and prioritising conflicting programme timelines on an annual basis
Desirable
• Experience of working on ATS development, ideally with exposure to BrassringATS
• Experience in using multiple social media platforms and content management systems for recruitment marketing and talent attraction
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
