Responsibilities
Role Summary
The Program and Change Management Specialist will be a member of the Human Resources Program Management team. This is a unique role in that the individual will provide operational and administrative support for a variety of systems and programs impacting both the Human Resources Community, as well as all NBCU employees, in general. This position will report to the Manager of Program and Change Management.
Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Own Change Management documentation including schedules, project plans, change impact assessments, communications, and reference materials.
• Provide day-to-day support for HR program operations, including maintenance, support, and managing enhancements
• Liase with HR, Corporate Communications, IT, HR Operations, and HR Connection (Employee Support) teams as needed
• Manage sensitive information, including but not limited to compensation data, personal information, and employee actions
• Foster and maintain productive working relationships with HR Community members
• Support other programs and projects of the HR team, as needed
• Work with HR and Finance contacts across NBCUniversal as well as various external program service providers to ensure timely payment of provider invoices

/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• BA/BS in Human Resources, Communications, Change Management or related field or additional experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as an HR, Communications, or Change Management Specialist, or similar role
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred
