Responsibilities
PLEASE NOTE: This is a project / limited term position with an estimated duration of 4 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.
Role Purpose:
The Program Manager for Video Operations will help assist in day-to-day preparations ahead of the Olympics. They will assist in the hiring and onboarding of new team members and act as a liaison between games time hires and HR. The Program Manager will be expected to set up accounts, ensure equipment is available for new team members, and assist with any other Olympics prep work that comes up.
Responsibilities:
• Understand the most important aspects of NBC Uni Video Streaming Operation.
• Conduct hiring of temporary employees and ensure applicants meet the necessary criteria.
• Partner with the Manager of Single Live events to set up pre-event planning meetings and requirement gathering from necessary stakeholders.
• Lead the logistics of the team including hotels, meal planning, etc.
• Build and maintain the operator and supervisor staff schedule during the Olympics.
• Clearly document and implement training procedures that allow a games time hire to be ready to run events in 1 month.
• Document the progress of all games time hires and present to leadership a readiness plan for each employee.
Qualifications
/Requirements
Qualifications:
• 2 years of experience in staffing, hiring, etc..
• 2 years' experience in people management.

• Must be willing to work in Stamford, CT. This position will fluctuate between being remote and onsite in Stamford CT.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
