Responsibilities
- Daily follow-up of press appearances and preparation of the ''press clipping''
- Premiere and coverage reports for each film
- Management of the virtual press room (upimedia)
- Scheduling and coordination of press screenings
- Coordination of press materials
- Relationship with suppliers
- Support in the online communication plan and social media
- Support the work of the department: relationship with media, screenings and press conferences, the organization of materials, visits, events, etc.
- Support in other areas of the marketing department
- Invoice tracking and SAP system

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements:

- University degree in Journalism, Communication or Marketing.
- Fluent in English
- Interest and knowledge of the cinematographic sector
- Power Point
- Knowledge of Internet and social media tools
- Availability to work full time
