Part Time Paid Internship
Responsibilities
Do you want to work for one of the world's leading media and entertainment companies in the development, production, marketing of entertainment and news?
To join one of our 12-month Internships you will be studying or have no more than one year of experience post your graduating with a degree-level or equivalent course.
You must also be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship.
To ensure that you are considered for the placement that best fits your interest and skillset, we recommend that you apply to no more than 3 placements.
Qualifications
/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Receiving and welcoming external visitors, ensuring that prior to meetings all logistics are in place (room booking, presentation set up and catering) and agendas are prepared in advance where required
• Providing support on various projects including: creating / editing PowerPoint /Keynote presentations, proof reading marketing documents as well as completing and updating numerous Excel documents
• Liaising with external agencies/designers on template creation
• Updating contacts and email distribution lists/directories
• Managing the regular update of Dropbox documents
• Working with IT to resolve issues as required
• Being an ambassador for the team internally and externally, able to address general questions to the international marketing team, re-distributing queries and requests to the relevant persons across the company
• Managing payments for the Strategy/Research team - raising purchase orders for weekly tracking / research projects: approving invoices, setting up vendors, updating/monitoring the cost tracker, liaising with Finance team
• Providing assistance for SVP Research & Strategy: managing external meetings, processing expenses, coordinating travel
• Research archiving on the internal sharing system and shared drive – uploading various reports and maintaining archives
• Assisting the research team with the weekly campaign tracking overview
• Assisting in production of research materials: inputting / downloading data from internal/external databases
• Help manage data crunching / data visualisation / presentation design
• Organising agency screenings
• Writing creative material descriptions
• Distributing reports to required parties
• Proofreading research reports
• Conducting secondary research as requested - i.e., gathering data, trend reports, etc.
Essential Skills:
• Must be passionate, proactive, and curious, have a positive attitude and the ability to handle/ balance a demanding workload.
• Knowledge about / passion for film is a plus.
