Part Time Paid Internship
Responsibilities
NBCUniversal International is offering a number of 12-month Sales internship positions within NBCUniversal International Distribution, Universal Media Studios and Universal Pictures Home Entertainment (UPHE).
As an Intern, you will be supporting a fast-paced team to manage some of our largest new media customers, whilst developing your own skills. You will have the opportunity to make valuable contributions to your department and build your knowledge in order to pursue a career in Sales.

/Requirements
• Full ownership of the weekly Pre-Order report, collating accurate data from all Online accounts and reporting to the wider business. This is an essential weekly task and aids in Marketing budget spend, Operational stock build and R&A sales forecasts.
• Full ownership of the Online Set Up process, ensuring accurate and timely data communication to all online accounts. First point of contact with Marketing counterpart for all Universal new release including Theatrical day and date pre-order and catalogue titles. Building a relationship with Amazon contact is essential to this role.
• Running the Amazon Brand Health tracker and reporting to the Marketing team, a vital part of the pre-order process to ensure best in class set up for Universal new release especially in Q4.
• Create and maintain Brand Health trackers across all online accounts to ensure timely and best in class site set up across the estate
• Maintaining and updating Item Data Quality on Amazon for all Universal titles. Working with the Amazon Strategic Vendor Service team to maintain a monthly schedule of titles to clean up the Universal catalogue
• Running a full suite of reports from the Amazon Retail Analytics tool, providing data as required for pre-order, orders, sales, geographical splits, stock on hand and open orders
• Ownership of the Amazon 'A ' page programme – working closely with Marketing team to gather bespoke site assets and upload to the A portal in a timely fashion to create compelling detail pages across all relevant new releases. A great opportunity to build contacts with Marketing team and gain knowledge of franchise brand guidelines.
• Ongoing regular update of the Amazon markdown processing system, a vital part of financial reporting throughout the Quarter.
• Collating key onsite site merchandising profile across all Online accounts to measure retail compliance and record marketing activity across new release and promotional campaigns. Weekly communication with the EXPD8 team to ensure online activity is including in the retail report.
• Collating key competitor online activity across all sites to look for new opportunities and ways of working.
• Analysing and reporting on all Online promotional activity – using OTC sales data from retail reports analyse sell through and promotional uplifts to measure effectiveness of activity at campaigns and line level – reporting top line results to the wider business via Powerpoint with opportunities to present.
• Attend schedule of weekly meetings representing the Online sector when required, collating any action points and giving feedback in or after the meeting
• Supporting the Online NAM as required for administrative tasks and projects across Zavvi and Zoom accounts.
• Attend retail customer trading meetings and Quarterly presentations and build relationships across the Online accounts at appropriate peer level.
• Amazon Marketing Services – support the Sales and Marketing team in driving compelling marketing campaigns using the AMS portal – a great opportunity to gain experience and expertise in Pay-Per-Click marketing campaigns.
• Ownership of Amazon Brand Store programme – work with Amazon SVS and Film / TV Marketing teams to create and drive Brand Stores via the Amazon SMS portal – this is an integral part of the franchise strategy for Universal brands in the online space to create compelling customer offers and drive sales across New release and Catalogue
