Retail and Marketing Intern, EMEA (January start)
Responsibilities
RETAIL MARKETING
• Support the Director and wider teams with Retail Promotion and Marketing Approvals, and managing the process including feedback, liaising with relevant stakeholders in EMEA and US, and tracking
• Brand Guardian for all retail marketing submissions and approvals via email and on internal approval system
• Key contact with US and EMEA Legal teams to manage asset release
• Co-ordinate and manage pulling together of retail presentations to share with internal stakeholders across EMEA and USA
• Work with the Director on consumer and shopper insights, collating and analysing trends to provide direction for strategy and brainstorms
• Own and deliver a regular retail newsletter, sharing the very best practice with EMEA teams
• Support the Director with agency briefs and projects
• Maintaining databases, spreadsheets and tracking documents liaising internally and externally where required
• Assisting with planning and arranging meetings, trade fairs, partner days as required
• Ad hoc projects and tasks as required
• Assisting Retail teams by creating research documents and undertaking competitor analysis
• Regularly liaising with International consumer products teams to collate and track relevant info
• Assist in the preparation of targeted pitch presentations for potential partners and retailers
• Be a point of contact in the absence of the Director
• Organizing travel and accommodation arrangements for the department
ADMINSTRATION (UK COUNTRY HEAD)
• Organizing travel and accommodation arrangements for the UK Country Head
• Manage Expenses in timely manner
Qualifications
/Requirements
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Excellent administration skills coupled with the ability to balance and prioritize work coming in across the team
• Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Proactive and solution focused with high attention to detail
• Demonstrable ability to research and source ad hoc information independently
• Strong PC skills with Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated (self starter key!)
• Willing to learn and take on board direction
