Responsibilities
HR & Program Management
• Serve as the leader of our pipeline programs and central point of contact for program associates, managers, and HR
• Partner with program executive sponsors, business leaders and HR Managers to curate dynamic assignments
• Manage the cohort experience including onboarding, assimilation, mobility, performance, compensation, engagement and transition off program
Marketing & Recruitment
• Lead pipeline recruitment in partnership with the Talent Acquisition and Campus teams; Plan and attend recruiting events
• Create fun and exciting marketing materials selling our pipeline opportunities
• Develop metrics around program statistics, campus ROI, diversity and post-program impact
• Research pipeline programs at other companies to ensure we're competitive and positioned as an employer of choice
• Provide innovative suggestions and ideas to source and attract diverse talent in a competitive marketplace
Talent Development
• Identify professional development experiences to meet business goals
• Kick off and coordinate learning events; Manage vendors and contracts
Qualifications
/Requirements
Qualifications:
• 5 years of either HR Business Partner, Talent Development, Program Management or Recruitment experience
• Ability to travel as needed
• Bachelor's Degree
