ABOUT US
The Partners Brand Marketing team works with independent movie studios to release their films into the home entertainment market on both physical and digital platforms. Brand Marketing is responsible for taking a lead role in the planning, development, analysis, marketing, and execution of new release film campaigns.
OVERVIEW
The Partners Brand Marketing Manager collaborates closely with the Director of Partners Brand Marketing, to develop and execute product and marketing strategies for PVOD and home entertainment in support of the Universal Partners' slate in North America. The Marketing Manager's main goal is to maximize the profitability of each release, collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve performance objectives and on-time delivery, while ensuring high partner satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for co-developing PVOD and Home Entertainment marketing strategies and overseeing the marketing campaigns for our partners' new release films.
• Owner of the Marketing P&L. Gathers cost information from cross-functional teams, performs analysis, and gathers all required internal & external approvals.
• Develops Home Entertainment sales and revenue goals using comp title analysis as well as pricing and budget rationale. Collaborates with and aligns goals with sales.
• Oversees the development of PVOD and Home Entertainment marketing plans and ensures that projects are executed to budget, profitability is maximized, and marketing teams are delivering to plan objectives and strategy.
• Collaborates across the organization to ensure that partner studio and internal stakeholder needs are being met.
• Oversees the creative brief used to develop all advertising assets and materials. Ensures that all project creative materials are executed according to schedule and on positioning.
• Coordinates with the Marketing Director on external responses to partner inquiries across all aspects of the business.
• Collaborates with all internal and external partners to maximize all marketing opportunities and ensure successful and timely execution.
• Conducts post-analyses and compiles key learnings as required.
• Creates PowerPoint presentations as needed.
• Presents slate overviews at national sales meetings as well as retail account meetings.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, and/or;
• 5 years of consumer marketing experience with a demonstrated ability to proactively lead initiatives to make a positive difference at a consumer-centric organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
