Responsibilities
Role Summary
The Manager, HR Operations, will have the responsibility of ensuring the administration of Talent Acquisition systems as well as ensuring the oversight of the Benefits and Total Rewards interfaces from SAP. In this role, you will effectively partner with both the Talent Acquisition and the Benefits and Total Rewards teams to ensure Business Requirements are met.
General HR Ops Responsibilities:
• Participates in root cause analysis to recommend product and/or process enhancements or other appropriate actions to improve productivity for both Users and Technology
• Acts independently and in a team environment to apply strong research skills
• Communicates complex specifications cross functionally with technical and non-technical resources to implement new HCM solutions that meet business requirements
• Recommends, designs, develops, and implements business processes involving 3rd party technologies that may or may not interact with SAP to effectively meet business objectives
Talent Acquisition Ops Responsibilities
• Serve as a liaison between the Talent Acquisition team and the HR Operations and IT teams, for all issues, questions, configurations, and project management activities
• Supervise HR Operations staff that act as System Administrators for BrassRing modules including Applicant Tracking System, Agency Manager, Lead Manager, Onboarding and other TA systems such as Sterling and LinkedIn
• Serve as an escalation point for troubleshooting questions/problems that come from system users: Recruiters, TA Coordinators, HR and Candidates. Open tickets with vendors when appropriate and escalate issues if necessary
• Prepare for and execute system updates, rolling out new features and functionality to optimize performance and usability
Benefits & Total Rewards Ops Responsibilities
• Oversight of continuous transfer of data regarding Benefits, Rewards, and Compensation information from SAP to and from various vendors
• Identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual processes
• Lead efforts for documentation of ''As Is'' processes and increasing efficiencies, reliability and accuracy of these processes
• Create project plans, including deliverables, activities and timelines
Qualifications
/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Completion of Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR processes and systems development related to HR OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with HCM related, cloud-based technologies
