Responsibilities
The Employee Experience Manager specializes in creating and maintaining a great work environment for our employees. The Manager's goal is to maintain and continue to evolve an environment that attracts and retains employees.
The Employee Experience Manager collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure organizational policies are effectively implemented and that the facility at large meets or exceeds our employee's expectations.
• As part of the Employee Engagement Committee, participate in the development and execution of activities that drive employee satisfaction and pride in their place of work
• Plan, manage and execute internally facing events including those led by internal groups and external visitors
• Manage facility amenities and evaluate effectiveness and ROI
• Oversee front of house matters with the cafeteria and cafe
• Manage usage of public spaces throughout the building to ensure all spaces are properly used and maintained at optimal conditions
Qualifications
/Requirements
• 3 years' experience
• Minimum BA Degree in hospitality, business, journalism, corporate communications
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess employees' needs, evaluate feedback, and translate those into actionable recommendations to improve an organization's work environment.
• Effective project management and organizational skills
• Fully bilingual with strong writing and editing skills in English and Spanish

• Must have a valid driver's license
