Responsibilities
Role Summary:
The Manager, Campus Operations is a key member of the Campus Programs leadership team, which is responsible for identifying, developing, and executing future-focused campus recruiting strategies that address critical business needs across NBCUniversal. This requires an enterprise-wide mindset, strong communication skills, organizational savvy to effectively influence and partner with groups across a matrixed environment, and operational excellence to bring ideas to fruition.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute and gain exposure to a wide spectrum of work streams that the Campus Programs team has in motion at any given time. The Manager, Campus Operations manages across various programs/events to ensure effective recruitment processes, timely execution, and a focus on intern programming and performance management.
Responsibilities:
• Partner closely with Campus Programs leadership team to drive and support team initiatives; including strategies and approach to attract, recruit and develop a diverse pipeline of talent for the NBCUniversal Internship Program
• Strategic visionary for NBCUniversal Internship programming, including orientation, curriculum, and executive speaker series
• Administer and implement Internship Program performance management process
• Facilitate robust executive referral management process, including managing data and reporting to senior business leaders
• Oversight of recruitment processes and timelines (on-campus and job postings, intern request process, program start and end dates)
• Manage recruitment event calendar including on-site treks and campus visits
• Set and enforce team hiring deadlines to ensure proper lead time for intern onboarding purposes
• Primary oversight of BrassRing applicant tracking system, CRM, and event management tools
• Facilitate BrassRing requisition opening/closing process
• Ensure legal compliance in job postings
• Primary liaison with TA Operations on system enhancements and troubleshooting
• Lead training/implementation efforts on new recruitment tools or enhancements
• Implement and execute a robust strategy for tracking metrics and ROI of recruitment efforts
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Branding team and Events Manager to build and manage internal and external event management strategy and manage vendor relationships
• Manage HR Operations processes for Campus Programs team (SAP, I-9 processing, payroll)
• Serve as the central contact for the Internal Employment Law team, including deployment of intern compliance trainings
Qualifications
/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of related experience, including large, complex programs or projects
• Ability to travel (up to 25% of the time)

Desired Characteristics
Desired Characteristics:
• Experience working within a large, cross-functional, and matrixed organization
• Master's degree preferred
• Event management experience for large-scale programs
• Working knowledge of recruitment and event management systems (BrassRing, Oleeo)
• Proven ability to build relationships, work collaboratively, seek connections, and interface effectively at multiple levels throughout the organization
• Ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems and drive decisions to address business needs
• Excellent project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong presentation and communication skills, able to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization both in written and oral form
• Positive, self-starter attitude; ability to work independently, leverage available resources effectively and take an extraordinary level of personal accountability
• Team player natural tendency to seek feedback and leverage strengths of the collective team toward reaching common goals
