If you have a passion for Film and the Media industries, combined with a desire to build a career in HR, our new Internship role within one of the biggest film studios in the world should appeal!
Our HR Intern will support the Film HR team across all three business areas: Theatrical, Home Entertainment and Consumer Products, working closely with the HR Coordinator to provide assistance in the day to day running of the team and employee lifecycle administration.
This position will be integral to enabling collaboration and partnership across the HR Film Team. In this fast paced environment you will need a passion to grow and learn within the HR field, the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, and a great communication style.

This Internship position will be for a period of circa 12 months.
Qualifications/Requirements
What will this role give you a chance to be?
A Customer Service Superstar - Providing support on employee queries; including benefits, payroll, holiday, employee reference requests & redirecting where appropriate.
A Self-Service Expert - Supporting employees to self-serve using our HR systems.
A Liaison Specialist - Acting as one of the primary liaisons between several HR departments including Payroll & Benefits, in order to manage & resolve day to day employee issues.
An Induction Genius - Managing all onboarding activities; including background checks, creating employee files & SAP records, preparation of offer materials & collation of right to work documents.
A Visa Tracker Extraordinaire - Tracking & and capturing all visa & passport documentation.
A Paperwork Professional - Preparing contracts & amendments letters for both new & existing staff.
An International Liaison - Keeping international organization charts up to date through liaison with HR Managers in territory.
An Organisational Wizard - Organising & maintaining the filing system for current staff & leavers; electronic & hardcopy.
A Data Guru - Running/generating monthly & ad hoc employee data reports in the system on an as needed basis.
A Team Meeting Champion - Organisation of team meetings; booking rooms, compiling agendas & writing up action points.
An Expenses & Invoice Whizz - Responsibility for team expenses & invoices; raising PO's & submitting expenses.
Team Travel Agent - Booking travel & arranging itineraries through our Concur platform.
What do we need from you?

Someone who thrives on being organised, methodical and accurate with an attention to detail
You'll definitely have excellent relationship and communication skills, demonstrating a strong customer service ethos
You'll be able to multi task and prioritise workloads
You'll have the ability to be discreet and professional when handling sensitive and confidential information
You'll bring with you excellent computer skills including strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
You'll be able to produce and analyse reports, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills
You'll show your ability to cope in a fast, dynamic environment in a calm and professional manner
