Responsibilities
OVERVIEW
The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting all day to day activity undertaken by the VP, Human Resources, as well as the NGDI LA-based HR team with regards to systems, processes, employee life-cycle events, training and projects. You will be highly organized, demonstrate initiative, and importantly have a strong desire to learn more and be involved in broader team projects. This role will offer you exposure to a wide range of global HR initiatives and projects that extend beyond a normal HR Coordinator role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support day to day activity for the VP, Human Resources including calendar management and scheduling of conference calls, travel arrangements and expense reporting
• Manage all HR systems (including SAP) and organization charts to ensure up to date information with all employee life-cycle events (new hires/terminations, transfers, promotions, leaves and timekeeper actions)
• Utilize systems to compile various reports and analyze data
• Initiate the recruitment process via BrassRing and communicating with Talent Acquisition team
• Manage all onboarding and offboarding activities
• Assist with visa and immigration needs
• Create promotion letters and contracts, update job descriptions
• Assist with HR projects and annual HR processes including performance reviews, succession planning and compensation reviews
• Plan logistics for employee meetings, trainings, roundtables, including invitations, room reservations and technology set-up

• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
