Responsibilities
Role Summary:
The Global Rewards and Mobility team is seeking an HR Assistant. The HR Assistant will perform a broad range of administration and project work. This position will report into the SVP, Global Rewards & Global Mobility and is a unique opportunity to gain visibility to the HR function and businesses across NBCUniversal.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the SVP, Global Rewards & Global Mobility including calendar management, answering phones, travel arrangements, and expenses.
• Provide broad support to the Global Rewards & Mobility team, including scheduling and setting up logistics for meetings, maintaining distribution lists and shared drives, and providing general office support as needed.
• Maintain departmental org charts, email distribution lists, and staff contact lists.
• Support initiatives and work on special projects as needed, analyzing data, and creating PowerPoint presentations.
• Assist with preparation of compensation related materials.
• Serve as liaison with other functional areas including Benefits, HR Operations, and Payroll.
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion regarding employee data and business information.
Qualifications
/Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of one year of experience in Human Resources or related field
• Experience working with and maintaining confidential information
• Advanced experience with Microsoft programs, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
