Responsibilities
Role Summary:
The HR team supporting Corporate Functions is seeking an HR Assistant. The HR Assistant will perform a broad range of Human Resources administration, client support activities, and project work. This position is also responsible for interfacing and problem solving with several business partners including: Talent Acquisition, Finance, Benefits, Payroll, and HR Operations. This position will manage administration support for the team including work flow forms, SAP updates, creating and updating org charts, etc. This position will report into the SVP, HR - Corporate and is a unique opportunity to gain visibility to Corporate Functions across NBCUniversal.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the SVP, HR - Corporate including calendar management, answering phones, travel arrangements, and expenses.
• Provide broad support to the Corporate Functions HR team, including scheduling and setting up logistics for meetings, maintaining distribution lists and shared drives, keeping organization charts current, and providing general office support as needed.
• Become a primary user for SAP HR transactions, including onboarding and offboarding, work flow forms, regular and ad hoc reporting, security audits, and other data validation or reporting exercises.
• Maintain departmental org charts, email distribution lists, and staff contact lists.
• Support cross-portfolio initiatives and work on special projects as needed, analyzing data, and creating PowerPoint presentations.
• Assist in creating and sending mass employee communications.
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion regarding employee data and business information.
Qualifications
/Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of one year of experience in Human Resources or related field
• Experience working with and maintaining confidential information
• Advanced experience with Microsoft programs, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
