Responsibilities
The HR Operations Coordinator will assist with the administration of all Talent Acquisition (TA) system tools relative to configuration, compliance, performance, training and troubleshooting, as well support the streamline efforts of our Benefits and Total Rewards data transfers. The HR Operations Coordinator will be expected to juggle multiple responsibilities and projects while providing support across Talent Acquisition and Interface work.
Job Duties:
• Serve as a TA system specialist and provide positive customer service experience for all NBCUniversal business units as well as maintain relationships with our on-site Operations and Technology team counterparts
• Assist with management of Brassring modules including Agency Manager, Lead Manager, Onboarding and other TA systems such as Broadbean, Sterling and Linkedin
• Support the System Administrator for Brassring, maintaining business org structure, codes, talent gateway questions, candidate forms, communication templates, workflow/HR Statuses, attachments, system triggers, data privacy statement, etc.
• Field inquiries that come from system users (Recruiters, TA Coordinators, HR and Candidate) and help resolve them in a timely fashion. Open tickets with vendors when appropriate and escalate issues as necessary
• Facilitate new hire background checks and I-9 processing
• Assist with reporting and metrics related to recruitment and other ad hoc requests
• Train team members and system users on system functionality and provide support to new TA Team members
• Assist in efforts of all interfaces regarding Benefits, Rewards, and Compensation information from SAP to/from various vendors.
• Support documentation of ''As Is'' interface processes and help implement efficiencies, reliability and accuracy of these processes
Qualifications
/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum one-year experience, inclusive of internships working in Recruiting, Human Resources, or other related experience in meeting fast-paced client needs
• Previous experience in processing, handling administrative tasks, and problem-solving for clients with a positive attitude
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
• Highly resourceful and organized with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
• Extremely flexible and able to easily shift priorities with a can-do attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
Additional Job Requirements:
• Must be willing to work in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey and travel to other NBCUniversal office locations within the New York Tri-State area.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
