Responsibilities
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for a broad range of generalist support functions for the Filmed Entertainment Group, as well as some administrative duties for the Filmed Entertainment HR team. This position interfaces & problem solves with a number of business partners, including Recruiting, Finance, Labor Relations, Benefits, Compensation, HR Operations & Corporate. The position requires heavy SAP technical processing & phone coverage.
HR Responsibilities:
• Prepare job requisitions for open positions
• Process posting requests: New position workflow, job jlow & coordinate L174 union job postings with labor relations
• Process new hire, personnel actions for promotions/data changes, timekeeper actions, LOA's & termination paperwork through the personal change record process
• Prepare severance estimates, complete separation agreements & coordinate all final payroll
• Communicate with Recruiting, Accounting & Administration on the status of new hires
• Coordinate with terminating employees on final pay/benefits information & exit questionnaires
• Problem solve & resolve benefits, payroll issues
• Assist employees with any personal data information updates
• Special projects & other duties as assigned
Admin Responsibilities:
• Alternate shifts with coworker to open or close office
• Maintain organization charts for groups assigned (Visio)
• Maintain and set up files
• Filing & copying paperwork
• Coordinate office coverage with coworker
Qualifications
/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelors in Human Resource Management or related field preferred
• At least 1 year of HR or related experience in meeting fast paced employee based or client needs
Eligibility Requirements
• Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older
