Responsibilities
• Provides advice to managers and supervisors regarding employee relations and performance issues. Reviews and approves Performance Reviews, Employee Counseling, Performance plans and other disciplinary actions. Ensures that corrective employee coaching and counseling are handled in a fair and consistent manner.
• In collaboration with L&OD, manage annual HR process coordination for client group (performance evaluations, employee satisfaction survey/ESAT, 360 feedback, etc)
• Provides support to client groups by interacting and communicating with employees in the park, visiting break rooms and Lead offices in order to promote positive relations and seek out potential issues
• Provides advice and consultation for front-line hourly employees regarding benefits, payroll questions, policy interpretations, and EAP issues. Provides direction for internal transfer and career path direction including on-boarding plans, Intern programs, seasonal supervisor offers, and related follow-up paperwork .
• Partner with Timekeeper team on payroll problems and resolutions. Work closely with HRIS on resolving SAP issues and ensuring accuracy of employee data.
• Support the ESAT team efforts by assisting client group management with communication and action planning. Collaborate with management on initiatives to improve employee morale and reinforce core values.
• Partner with Labor Relations to ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements and to assist in resolving grievances.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Management or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years Human Resources experience in a large scale organization and fast paced environment.
• Working knowledge of employee relations, staffing and payroll.

• Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with an HRMS such as SAP.
• Experience in both non-union and union/represented environments and retail or hospitality industry highly preferred.
• Ability to research and analyze various different type of data information.
