The Early Careers Programme Advisor is responsible for supporting the Early Careers Manager across the NBCUniversal International early career pipeline programmes, including: First Step Work Experience, Campus2Career Internships, Future Leaders Programme, Apprenticeships, Prince's Trust Get Started and any other early careers initiatives. The role is responsible for day to day operations including staffing, recruiting, client relationships and programming, covering approximately 100 hires per year across all programmes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supporting delivery for the end-to-end programme recruitment and management for the following existing programmes, on an annual basis: First Step work experience (16 hires), Campus2Career Internships (60 hires), Future Leaders Programme (4 hires) and Prince's Trust Get Started (15 hires)
• Designing and implementing a strategy and cohesive programme in response to the Apprenticeship Levy
• Supporting the delivery of a compelling development offering appropriate to each of the programmes i.e. Lunch & Learn sessions, which covers a mixture of business learnings and essential skills (Brand You!, CV Surgery, Interview Skills)
• Driving a consistent and exemplary candidate experience, covering the full candidate lifecycle (attraction, recruitment, onboarding ) across all NBCUniversal International early career programmes
• Supporting the management of NBCUniversal International Future Leaders Programme (FLP) – a 2.5 year commercially focused accelerated development programme for recent graduates: responsible for the recruitment, assessment, on-boarding, and line management of up to 6 FLPs per intake (managing multiple intakes over the 2.5 year period)
• Supporting the management of all our programme alumni and partnering with Talent Acquisition to create a pipeline for entry level staff and contract roles, including retaining FLPs into appropriate level roles
• Collaborating with the wider international and domestic early careers programme teams
• Supporting the recruitment strategy, outreach, and partnership plans for appropriate colleges and universities at both undergraduate and graduate level, as well as diversity organisations; acting as a liaison for outreach with industry organisations (including diversity partner organisations), panels, job fairs etc. centered on an early career audience
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to create consistent communication, branding and marketing materials around early career opportunities at NBCU International
• Working with key external suppliers, tracking spend against budget
• Educating and supporting hiring managers, providing advice around effective recruitment processes, onboarding and setting clear goals and objectives for interns etc.
• Acting as an ambassador for NBCU International's overall commitment to diversity and inclusion as a core value and business imperative
• Taking the lead on our Social Media strategy across all international accounts, including the blog on the NBCUintl website; leading a core team across Talent and Corporate Communications to deliver compelling social campaigns which reflect our programme recruitment activities as well as our company activities and culture more broadly
• Supporting the wider business with community outreach and pro-bono activities where appropriate to our early careers initiatives
• Filming, editing and maintaining promo and top tip videos for our early careers programmes, for use on our international website and social media profiles

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS:
Education
and Qualifications:
Proven experience in Human Resources, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, or Organizational development, specifically in the Apprenticeship area
Passionate about Recruitment and Talent Management
Experience managing development programmes end-to-end
Self-motivated, proactive, independent – able to deliver solutions effectively
Analytical with outstanding attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and ability to effectively prioritise and manage workload
Flexible/team worker, collaborative in style and values
Strong communication skills with experience of presenting at a senior level
Able to juggle multiple tasks, set own deadlines and deliver against them, including managing and prioritising conflicting programme timelines on an annual basis
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Experience using multiple social media platforms and content management systems
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Premiere Pro
Excellent communicator (both written and verbal) with strong interpersonal skills; confident in communication with senior management
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Willingness to learn and ''can-do'' attitude
