Responsibilities
Role Summary
NBCUniversal has a Domestic Relocation program that covers all transfers across the United States of America, working closely with a network of partners to deliver a high touch relocation solution to the business.
This role sits in NBCUniversal HR, reporting to VP, Global Mobility. Based in New York, the role is intended to support the day-to-day operational effectiveness of the Domestic Relocation team, Responsible for directing, planning and managing the delivery of a broad range of relocation services that allows the Company to attract, retain and develop talent across NBCUniversal's various businesses.
Responsibilities
Areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:
• Managing Domestic Relocation across all business areas with day-to-day queries from key internal stakeholders regarding domestic relocation
• Oversee and project manage any Domestic Relocation.
• Partners with HR and Finance to ensure the relocation program is delivered in accordance with financial and operational objectives, supporting with relocation cost estimates, as needed.
• Work with the business to continually understand and align their business needs with the overall Domestic Relocation proposition
• Working with HR colleagues to inform them of different support ensuring that we identify the best approach for each individual according to the employee's and the business' drivers
• Working with the VP, Global Mobility to rollout and communicate any relocation initiatives.
• Working with the VP, Global Mobility to manage vendor relationships to ensure that services are provided in accordance with service agreement/contract.
• Educates HR teams, and all appropriate stakeholders on the benefits and services available to support employees through the Company's relocation program.
• Support in both implementation and design of ongoing innovative solutions aligned to Domestic Relocation policy
• Providing support to payroll and human resource professionals to ensure tax reporting and compliance issues related to relocation are addressed and compliant

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of experience managing domestic relocation

• Experience of influencing and engaging senior stakeholders including building and managing relationships within a diverse business globally
• Understanding of key domestic relocation concepts including state and federal tax related to relocation
