Responsibilities This position concentrates on working closely with HR Business Partners within the Universal Filmed Entertainment Group in identifying individual, group and organizational development opportunities by defining, developing, implementing, and evaluating strategies and programs to drive business goals and priorities forward. Key programs and areas of responsibility will include but not be limited to:
1. Partner with HR Business Partners to help leaders set strategy, manage change, improve processes, redesign organizational structures, identify and coach key talent, and realign/shift cultures as relevant
2. Work with HR colleagues and business leaders to help the organization accomplish strategic priorities
3. Conduct organization needs assessments to identify opportunities and drive desired changes and outcomes
4. Support change management efforts through impact analysis, key stakeholder identification, communications planning, executive coaching and thought partnership
5. Design and facilitate executive off sites and team development sessions
6. Support talent planning efforts by facilitating calibration discussions, capturing themes, and crafting individual development plans
7. Create and manage a scalable coaching framework to meet the needs of the business.
8. Conduct internal executive coaching and manage external executive coaching engagements; including facilitation of 360 feedback, assessments and related interventions
9. Form collaborative relationships with the NBCUniversal internal corporate university, the TalentLab. Build on enterprise offerings to provide tailored approaches for the business that promotes a learning culture; including design and delivery of a suite of learning programs, vendor management, resources and budget allocation
10. Evaluate strategies and programs to measure the achievement of established goals, including use of survey tools and action planning. Qualifications/Requirements Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in HR or relevant discipline (e.g. psychology)
• At least 10 years' experience, preferably in Organization Effectiveness Consulting / Learning / Coaching / Counseling
• Experience as a training & OD professional within a large, complex organization is required

• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States Desired Characteristics • Master's degree preferred
• International experience is a plus
• Certifications in 360 feedback and related psychometrics tools highly desired
• Learning development and training certification highly desired
• Experience developing learning and development curriculum and utilizing multiple, state-of-the-art delivery methods and distance learning options
• Strong platform / facilitation skills
• Branding or employee communications background is a strong advantage
• Experience as a leader having had past oversight of direct reports and first hand understanding of P&L responsibility highly desired
