Responsibilities:
Dynamic and exciting opportunity as human resources lead for Corporate Finance organization and HR partner across the global NBCUniversal Finance organization.
• Direct strategic HR-related planning, organization design & integration, staffing, employee relations, compensation planning, manager coaching, employee development, succession planning, and performance management
• Partner with finance leaders on talent pipeline programs
• Provide HR support for Corporate Finance teams and partner with colleagues on Finance talent across multiple businesses
• Mentor and provide guidance to Finance professionals related to career development and goals. Build bench strength within the functions by identifying training and development opportunities for finance talent throughout NBCUniversal
• Work to resolve employee and organizational issues in a proactive and positive manner
• Interpret and implement HR policies, practices and procedures for managers, teams and individual employees that further the mission, values and strategic vision of the business
• Work with leaders and employees to establish and maintain a positive work environment; act as an employee advocate
• Manage staffing process working with clients and our internal talent acquisition team to identify recruitment strategies as well as ensure diverse candidate slates and top-quality candidate selection
• Provide direction and support for our various pipeline and talent development programs
• Work closely and partner effectively with several HR leaders to ensure consistent HR practices across related organizations and functions

Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree, MBA preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional level HR experience

• Must be willing to travel for work related business as necessary
