Fully curated and available on a full range of devices, hayu launched in March 2016, offering the majority of US shows day-and-date with the US, and is now live in the 27 territories around the world including the U.K., Australia, Canada, Europe, and South East Asia.
OVERVIEW
The hayu Creative Production Team is looking for a Project Manager (f/m/d) to serve as the operational counterpart to the team responsible for developing and producing best-in-class creative.
This role will work with various internal/external stakeholders to ensure organised and efficient cross-functional collaboration. The Project Manager will serve as the facilitator through all touchpoints of the creative lifecycle from brief to delivery. Ultimately she/he/they should know what has been briefed, what is being produced, what the specs are, and when deliveries should happen.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning & Strategy
• Act as the central point of contact between the internal creative team and the myriad internal and external teams dependent upon their output
• Partner closely with Marketing and Product teams to assess all elements of initial creative briefs to include specs, priority, and creation of all deliverables against agreed deadlines
• Drive project workflow by managing all steps in the creative life cycle
• Engage external agencies to facilitate services ranging from booking voice over to localization of English proof-of-concept assets
• Lead and track multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
• Provide oversight of creative asset quality and standards
• Identify and implement opportunities for increased workflow efficiencies
Post Production Coordination
• Ensure smooth hand-offs of projects through all relevant tollgates
• Monitor feedback processes across multiple stakeholders to ensure assets are approved and stay on schedule
Trafficking
• Oversee routing of final assets to desired destination
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
• Significant creative production and project management experience (ideally in a social/digital media environment)
• A history of managing high volume, high quality creative projects with tight deadlines
• Fluent in audio-visual types and formats
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with scaling assets for digital platforms (i.e. Facebook, YouTube, Snap, TikTok)
• An expert communicator and great at building relationships both vertically and horizontally in a matrix driven organisation
• Ability to stay cool, balanced, and level-headed under pressure is essential
• An interest in NBCU produced reality content including series like Keeping Up With the Kardashians and The Real Housewives franchises a plus
• Proficiency in additional languages a plus
