Responsibilities
Overview
The Creative Manager must have a great capacity to manage resources to execute creative strategies for the promotion of networks brands, content of linear channels and VOD. Has both creative and organizational skills; strong leadership, team management and effective monitoring of operational processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Reporting to the Creative Director, the Creative Manager will support him/her in the guidance of internal creative team and external vendors to ensure high-level delivery that adds value to our products.
• Establish internal relationships with PR, marketing, growth, original productions and affiliate teams, among others, to achieve common goals and objectives.
• Manage delivery plans and schedules with the planning and production teams.
• Clearly communicate project status, timelines, deliverables, goals, and expectations to internal team and other departments on a regular basis.
• Ensure the correct application of branding and key messages in all promotional assets.

DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS
• Experience managing a team in a creative environment; possesses strong inter-personal skills, team management and team building skills.
• Strong understanding of the production process from conception, pre-production to post production for multiplatform campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to deadlines.
• Must be a team player.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Fully bilingual
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in broadcast tv and/or on air promotion
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing teams in a creative environment
