Responsibilities
OVERVIEW
The Creative Director is a strong creative leader, who continuously inspires and encourages the creative team to bring outstanding multiplatform, innovative campaigns and strategic thinking. The Creative Director is fundamental in creating an energetic, fast paced creative atmosphere where ideas flow constantly while work is delivered on time and on budget.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Reporting to the Head Creative, the Creative Director will lead internal team and external vendors to develop original concepts, briefs and pitches of multiplatform effective campaigns to achieve awareness, retention, engagement and acquisition of our products.
• Ability to create scope of work and manage project plan with timelines and understanding of prioritizing resources, tasks, personnel and budgets.
• Manage budget to allocate them to the necessary resources to ensure production goals through outsourcing, as well as the production of graphic elements, branding elements and idents, and special campaigns.
• Clearly communicate project status, timelines, deliverables, goals, and expectations to internal team and other departments on a regular basis.
• Lead brainstorm sessions with creative teams to foster fresh and innovative ideas to the campaigns we produce.
• Provides strategic guidelines, and directs projects, such as branding and programming campaigns for drama series, comedies, movies, realities, and entertainment / variety shows as well as network initiatives that will increase retention and brand awareness.
• Work closely with multiple departments such as marketing, public relations, graphics, digital, programming, operations, and creative leaders to align messaging and provide strategic guidance.
• Constantly researches industry trends, case studies, social media / digital initiatives to stay up-to-date and bring new ideas to the campaigns and inspire the team.
• Ability to supervise the production of live action campaigns. Assess casting, wardrobe, art direction, and director´s proposals.

• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure on a fast-paced demanding environment, while managing highly-profile, sensitive projects.
• Excellent creative and copywriting skills in Spanish. Good writing and verbal skills in English.
• Strong understanding of the production process from conception, pre-production to postproduction for multiplatform campaigns.
• Strong production and creative presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to represent the team at executive level meetings.
• Passion and awareness for creative processes.
• Must be a team player.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)
• Must have a bachelor's degree in related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in creative production
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team in a creative environment and managing external vendors
