Responsibilities
DreamWorks Animation has an immediate opening for a Talent Operations Coordinator at our Glendale, CA studio.
In this fast paced role, you will be responsible for the following:
• Schedule travel & assist in organizing and executing on Recruiting events/conventions as needed
• Establish strong partnerships with hiring teams to assess and fulfill current and future temporary hiring needs
• Work closely with temporary agency to hire and onboard temporary staff (including vendors and independent contractors)
• Generate reports to support HR & Recruiting business and strategic understanding in areas such as Turnover & Retention, Diversity, Cost, Recruitment, Engagement and Tenure
• Work with internal tools to help monitor and promote our Career presence on social channels and sites
• Assist with the maintenance of department files & organization of department team meetings, outings & events
• Handle special projects as required
Qualifications
/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Minimum 2 years of Administrative or Coordinator experience in Human Resources or Operations, in Entertainment
• Display knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, selection, training, ATS & HRIS systems
• Display knowledge of social media and career-focused sites, such as Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Twitter & Facebook

• Strong follow up skills, with attention to detail
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and relationship-building skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members at all levels
• Ability to understand and adapt to rapidly changing priorities and to prioritize accordingly
• Proficiency with Google Apps (Mail, Calendar, Docs, etc.), Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, HTML and Wiki. Recruiting Applicant Tracking system experience a plus
