Responsibilities
Role Purpose
The People Team is driven to provide a work environment that is second to none and the People Coordinator will have an integral part in making Bluprint one of the top places to work. This position is responsible for interfacing & problem solving with a number of business partners including: Talent Acquisition, Finance, Benefits, Payroll, and Compensation, HRIS, and Corporate. This position will report to the Sr. Manager - People Operations
Job Duties:
• Support the People team on all HR related functions including benefits, onboarding and employee relations
• Support Blurprint staff by becoming a subject matter expert on all HR related questions including benefits, payroll, vacation, etc.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to provide an unmatched candidate experience throughout the interview process
• Prepare job requisitions for open positions & process posting requests: new position workflow, job flow & coordinate jobs postings with staffing'
• Serve as primary user for all HR systems: SAP, Business Warehouse reporting, Brassring, e-I9, etc.
• Assist in program rollouts such as Performance Management, Compensation planning and Benefits Open Enrollment
• Process new hire and personnel actions for SAP data changes, promotions, termination paperwork, organizational changes, etc. through required work flow process
• Create a memorable employment experience through day-to-day interactions and sponsored team events
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of office experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in google and Microsoft platforms
