Responsibilities
***This position is a staff with end date role.***
Essential Duties
• Responsible for all employee lifecycle transactions.
• Executing HRIS transaction workflows in support of organizational changes.
• Responsible for onboarding, separating, and updating employees in all applicable HR systems.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on the HR team for all HR systems, such as SAP, ADP, etc.
• Support activity as needed, to include resumes reviews and interviewing candidates
• Participating in and supporting key HR initiatives, to include performance management, succession planning & compensation planning.
• Running regular and ad hoc reports from applicable HR systems.
• Help develop and foster strong employee relations: onboard new staff at the start of projects, conduct exit interviews at the conclusion of projects.
• Work on special projects, as assigned
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and a minimum of 1 year professional experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, or similar role
• Fully Bilingual (English / Spanish)
• Experience with effectively handling conflict and managing difficult employee relations situations
• Project and process management skills, demonstrated experience managing projects and improving process
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
