• Onboard and process I-9s for new hires
• Support special project(s) focused on employee engagement
• Assist with various pitch decks for HR programs and initiatives
• Assist the HR team in different areas to better understand the HR Generalist function
• Maintain HR Customer Service initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications/Requirements
• In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline and be able to provide documentation to confirm your degree progress
• Current class standing of sophomore or above (30 credits)
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without a visa or sponsorship
• Needs to be able to work on-site in Stamford, CT
• Internships at NBCUniversal are paid and do not require course credit
• Deadline: Interested applicants are encouraged to apply by November 2nd, 2018
• Spring Program Dates: January 14th – May 10th, 2019
Desired Characteristics

• Experience with Microsoft Excel & Outlook
• Previous internship and/or experience in an office environment
