Overview-
The Traffic Coordinator's primary responsibility is maintaining effective workflows for SS&E Brand Engagement projects from implementation through completion. Utilizing our organizational project management tools, systems, processes, and protocols, this role will support building, tracking, and coordinating projects against the ever-fluctuating variables of scope, deadlines, team capacity, approvals, and organizational priorities. In partnership with the Project Manager, the eligible candidate makes recommendations and supports the implementation of efficient and effective workflows team-wide. An excellent communicator and delegator, the Traffic Coordinator facilitates and delivers regular project and capacity-related updates across the Brand Engagement team, to organizational leadership, for our internal partners, and with external production companies and sponsors. The eligible candidate must meet a variety of qualifications, including, but not limited to: strong organizational skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, proactive in nature, positive attitude, and consistent professional demeanor.
Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and execution of all Brand Engagement projects
• Coordinate and schedule daily, weekly, and long-term calendars for multiple teams
• Coordinate, organize, and track project efficiency in line with core organizational processes and protocols
• Proactively plan for project resources and monitor both team and individual capacity against those needs
• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the forthcoming Brand Engagement digital asset management system
Qualifications
-
• Bachelor's degree in the fields of Project Management, Communications, Marketing, Business, or Sports Management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Power Point
• Experience utilizing Workfront or a comparable project management system
• Knowledge of file organization and archiving best practices
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and independently
• Effective communicator with both team members and organizational constituents
• Demonstrated level of poise, tact and diplomacy
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if necessary
