The Opportunity
The Research Operations Coordinator will assist the Global Content team with link checking, data proofing, data population, and other detail-oriented tasks during Pilot Season.
The Role
Communicating project requirements to internal Operations teams, and following up to ensure all project steps are completed on time
Reviewing survey links in detail to ensure accuracy and functionality
Creating and maintaining project related administrative documents (e.g. project calendars, project specification sheets, quality control checklists, etc.)
Creating various client deliverables (e.g. data tables, PPT decks, etc.)
Quality checking client deliverables (e.g. data tables, PPT decks, etc.)
Reviewing media to confirm that all show elements have been included in the questionnaire
Who You Are
Internally motivated self-starter who continuously strives to get things done, regardless of challenges encountered.
Successfully manages time and multiple competing priorities in order to ensure deadlines are always met.
Team player who is able to work collaboratively and also able to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal oversight.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ideal Candidate
1-2 years of experience in a data-focused role
Attention to detail is a must
Highly organized
Able to function well in a very fast-paced environment
Communicates well, in both written and verbal form, with Client Service and Operations teams
Comfortable working with large amounts of data
Self-motivated, flexible, collaborative, functions well in a team
Available to occasionally work on nights/weekends throughout pilot season
Position Type
This is a temporary, full-time non-exempt position based in Los Angeles. Candidates must be flexible in regard to hours, as the schedule will change each week depending on project needs. The schedule may require some evening and/or weekend work depending on project needs.
The start date is ideally March 16, 2020, and the end date, while open for review, will be in the second week of May 2020.
