Full Time Unpaid Internship
JOB DESCRIPTION
National Geographic Partners is in search of an Analytics Intern to help the Insights, Analytics, and Data Strategy team provide insights to grow its business and audience engagement. This internship is a unique opportunity to gain experience in analytics and measurements for media, whether it's measuring the performance of National Geographic's TV shows across multiple digital platforms, social media posts, or website editorial content.
Essential Functions:
• Gather, organize, and analyze analytics data on various platforms, such as the website, apps, social media, and TV Everywhere.
• Help conduct competitive analyses on digital properties.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and disseminate key trends to the team.
• Support the Insights and Analytics team on various insights and analytics projects.
Qualifications
• A rising junior or senior at an accredited U.S. college or university, majoring in a related field, such as Business, Marketing, or Mathematics
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a cross-functional team
• Comfortable working with Excel
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft PPT or Apple Keynote
• Passionate about analyzing the meaning of data
• Interested in pursuing a career in digital analytics or business strategy
• A strong team player and highly motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
To participate in Fox's Internship program you must meet the following criteria:
• Applicants must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited university and be sophomore status or above.
• Be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship by the Company.
• Housing is not provided, so please have a housing option guaranteed before applying.
