JOB DESCRIPTION
Production management and oversight of custom photography projects for NGP and FNG ad sales teams across varying levels of Global Partnerships deals involving photographer talent. Manage photographer relationships. Manage Client Solutions and internal custom commercial photographic requests and execute production support as related to custom commercial photography projects.
Responsibilities
• 30% Consult on pitches for custom commercial Photographic Talent for NGP Global Partnerships branded and sponsored content campaigns. Set production estimating and scheduling.
• 25% Set Photographer Talent fees, appropriate production parameters and deliverables based on industry knowledge while working within departmental budget. Manage contracting, execution and final asset delivery with Talent.
• 25% Manage production details as related to Talent needs, Talent expenses. Maintain Talent integrity and client expectations.
• 10% Maintain a positive, informative, professional relationship with Photographer Talent and NGS, NGP & FNG sales and content departments to ensure streamlined workflows and appropriate process.
• 10% Travel to event or production locations as needed
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree with at least 5 years commercial photography production
• Talent and deliverables fees calculations and managing expenses, legal document review and redline
• Knowledge of Spi, Outlook, BlinkBid, Sales Force, Adobe Acrobat, Word, Excel, Google Docs
