Full Time Job
The Digital Marketing Coordinator position is responsible for providing support to the digital marketing team. This position will facilitate projects including email marketing, paid search, display advertising, social media, and other digital marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
• Assist in the development of digital campaigns, including paid search, display advertising, social media, and video. Work with marketing and production team to produce digital assets. Includes prioritizing marketing efforts for the marketing team, and project managing the production process.
• Increase lead generation and drive engagement.
• Facilitate production, approval, and reporting all the email campaigns.
• Grow brand awareness, leads, and conversions/travelers.
• Help manage digital marketing reports/analysis and manage digital marketing budget. Consistently monitor marketing campaign performance vs budgeted revenue objectives; identify revenue shortfall areas and, with input from programming team, recommend and execute action plans to remedy.
• Measure and report on campaign results to determine success and identify where budget dollars are most effectively spent.
• Help manage day-to-day contact with third party digital agencies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree with related work experience in digital marketing. Travel industry experience a plus. Video editing experience a plus.
• English/excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Analyze key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Programs (e.g. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Keynote). Fluency in HTML5/CSS and experience with large e-mail service providers a plus.
• The ability to multi-task skillfully, meet competing deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to maintaining high quality standards and producing high quality work.
